Is there a free trial?
You don't even need one — the Free plan gives your company 1 free Commercial Review (one in total, not one a month) plus 5 Contract Notices a month, with full platform access and no card required. Paid plans then start with a 14-day free trial: you add your card at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What counts as a Commercial Review?
Each contract you submit for review uses one Commercial Review from your plan's allowance — the Free plan includes 1 in total, Starter 2 a month, Growth 5 and Professional 10.
How does the Free plan work?
Every part of the platform is included — reviews, notices, agreements, purchase orders and the AI assistant — with 1 free Commercial Review (one in total — it does not renew each month), 5 Contract Notices a month and unlimited user seats. The free review is per company: accounts sharing a company email domain share the one review. No card, no time limit.
Do unused reviews roll over?
No. Paid-plan allowances reset at the start of each calendar month, Australian time — and the Free plan's single review is a one-off that never renews. If you need more before the reset, top-ups are $115 per review on any paid plan.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 12 months upfront at a discount. The monthly-equivalent rates are $155 for Starter, $240 for Growth and $325 for Professional — between 8% and 11% less than paying monthly across a year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes — every price on this page is in Australian dollars and includes GST. The figure you see is the figure charged to your card.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No lock-in and no cancellation fees — cancel from your account dashboard whenever you like, and your data is purged within 30 days on request.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your account settings at any time. Plan changes, payment methods and invoices are all self-serve.
